I brought an iPhone 13 to them with a cracked screen. Let me start off by saying absolutely amazing customer service. I thought it needed a new battery to buy they showed me the battery was just fine rather then selling me something I didn't need. They took the phone right back and had it all ready to go in about 12 minutes. I would bring any phone I needed repaired to them in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar boat.
I came in to have my cracked screen replaced. Customer Service is extremely important to me. Omar was very professional, answered all of my questions & walked me thru the process of what to expect. The screen was repaired within the time frame I was told & my phone looks brand new. I'd gladly recommend this place.
I see why Phone Factory has FIVE STARS! Aamer in the Fairview Heights store has been amazing. When my Pixel 7Pro needed a new screen, he had one in stock and had it done with the quickness! What spoke volumes to me, was that during the drying process of the screen, Aamer noticed a small mark on a part of the screen that wasn't the original issue. He called once he noticed and offered to replace that screen at no cost. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs!

Had my phone break previous phone store at the mall did not put my phone together right. Charged 325 for lowest quality screen only to break again a month later. Phone factory hooked me up out the door at 180 fast and efficient. Seem like honest people in business. Very friendly and fast service. We came in without an appointment to get my sons ps5 repaired. They were very knowledgeable. Told us it would take approx 2 hours and it was done before that. I would highly recommend and they were cheaper than anywhere else.
This guys awesome!! My wife made the mistake of leaving the phone on the roof of the car and this guy got us in right at the end of the day no appointment and fixed her phone in 30 minutes. Even though it was fast it was also a quality repair, will always come here for these kinds of repairs and he also sells good phone cases cheap! Thank you

My iPad was dunked in a bathtub in August of 2025 and I took it here in April of 2026 and he was able to get it fully operational same day. I recommend this place for anyone needing a streamlined swift and easy process. I have older phones I will be bringing back to life here as well.
They have extremely good customer service. I dropped my daughter‘s phone off and it was ready two hours later. I wasn’t expecting it to be that fast and their pricing is very reasonable.
